Last updated 8 September 2026

Draft for review by counsel.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.naradism.com (the "Site"), which is operated by NARADism Solutions LLP ("NARADism", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about NARADism and its services. You may view, download and print material from the Site for your own reference, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.

You must not use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that damages or interferes with the Site or the systems on which it runs, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. You must not use automated means to copy or extract material from the Site without our written permission.

No professional relationship

Using the Site, reading its content or submitting an enquiry through it does not create a client relationship, an engagement or any professional duty between you and NARADism. We accept engagements only under a written engagement letter that sets out the scope, terms and fees of the work.

Nothing on the Site is legal advice. NARADism is an intelligence, forensic and compliance advisory firm and is not a law firm. Where a matter involves questions of law or legal privilege, you should instruct qualified legal counsel.

Confidential information

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. Until an engagement letter is in place and a conflict check has been completed, information you send to us is not protected by any duty of confidence beyond that set out in our Privacy Policy, and we may be unable to accept an engagement that conflicts with an existing client.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, downloadable documents and the NARADism name and marks, are owned by or licensed to NARADism and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted above, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Case studies and content

Case studies published on the Site are illustrative composites built from fact patterns encountered in practice. Names, figures and timelines are indicative and no client is identifiable. Content on the Site is provided in good faith but may not reflect the most recent legal, regulatory or market developments and should not be relied upon as a substitute for specific advice.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your personal data.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NARADism, its partners, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site or its content, or from any inability to access the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may change these terms and the content of the Site at any time without notice. The date at the top shows when these terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
